Triunfo Pedras, located in Arapiraca (AL), operates in the mining industry using a complete crushing plant supplied by Máquinas Furlan. With a partnership that spans 24 years, Triunfo Pedras demonstrates confidence in the efficiency of Furlan equipment, which directly contributes to the quality and productivity of its operations. The crushing plant installed at Triunfo Pedras consists of a 4120 feeder, a JC 1200 jaw crusher, a CC1200 XP cone crusher, vibrating chutes, 3 x 1.50 grates and vibrating screens for final screening. This infrastructure allows the processing of nine different types of crushed stone, including split stone, simple graded crushed stone, split stone and stone powder, with an installed capacity of up to 70 thousand tons per month in a single 10-hour shift.
The commercial manager of Máquinas Furlan, Gustavo Furlan, emphasizes the importance of the long-lasting relationship with Triunfo Pedras. “We have a partnership that is an example of how our complete plants can meet the specific needs of our customers. We work together to ensure productivity with preventive maintenance and our specialized technical support,” says Gustavo.
In addition to the quality of the equipment, the Furlan executive highlights the mining company's management. “Triunfo Pedras maintains an organized structure, with a well-managed warehouse and equipment in excellent condition,” adds Gustavo. Preventative maintenance is carried out regularly, and some more extensive renovations are carried out at the Furlan factory in Limeira (SP). Recently, the JC 1200 jaw crusher underwent renovation after two years of use to ensure the equipment's productivity, in addition to avoiding unscheduled shutdowns.
The president of Triunfo Pedras, José Carlos de Souza Sobrinho, comments on the solidity of the partnership with the manufacturer. “Since the beginning of operations, 24 years ago, we have trusted Furlan. We chose a 100% Furlan Machines plant, something unique in the Northeast. We are fully satisfied with the efficiency, quality and support offered by the Brazilian manufacturer”, recalls the president of Triunfo Pedras, when commenting that the mining company serves the construction market within a 30 km radius around Arapiraca.
The quality of construction aggregates, such as gravel, directly influences the safety of bridges, roads, buildings and even dams, which require the use of this product in the construction process. In this way, Máquinas Furlan and Triunfo Pedras contribute to the supply of quality materials for the construction market, impacting the lives of thousands of people.
