In this scenario, the use of technological tools has been encouraged as a way of seeking operational efficiency, process optimization, improvement of extraction practices and the safety of operators and communities.

AggFlow basically simulates the plant's input and output data. This saves time on calculations, which is not the case with basic spreadsheets, such as Excel.

In addition, Aggflow allows a visual perception of the layout and its processes. If necessary, adjustments to the plan can be made on the computer, saving resources, materials and labor hours.

The software allows you to input dimensional variables for the equipment. If the material is larger than the machine allows, it will indicate that it is unsuitable for operation. The same occurs, for example, in the relationship between the lining chosen for a cone crusher and the size of the material supported throughout the operation of that machine.

It also improves the classification. Failures at this stage represent financial loss in the finished product.

AggFlowDM acts at any stage of mining – Crushing, Grinding and Screening, whether in dry or wet systems. It also helps predict the replacement of wear parts.

Software reconciles improvement and investment

Mining companies often face a dilemma: they can conquer new markets, but their investment capacity at that moment is limited. The software helps to identify small changes that improve operations, such as reviewing the type of lining on secondary crushers, changing screen openings or rearranging the plant.
